Spicy Raita
An Indian condiment/dip made of yogurt, onion, serrano, cucumber, cilantro, and spices usually served with kebabs, meats, and curries.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces plain whole milk yogurt
- 1/2 small English cucumber, peeled and chopped small
- 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Stir the the yogurt, cucumber, serrano, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, cumin, and 1/4 tsp salt until well combined.
- Taste and season with additional salt & pepper if necessary.
